A return to our origins with traditional flavours. We use local suppliers and products from the region, as well as from our own “green corner”, which includes fruit trees, an olive grove and an organic vegetable garden where we grow vegetables, fruit and herbs. This means we can always offer seasonal menus, based on healthy and sustainable food with unmatched characteristics.

In case of cancellation of any of the activities with less than 24 hours notice, Octant Évora reserves the right to charge the full amount of the experience. Cancellation up to 48 hours: free of charge Cancellation up to 24 hours: 50% of the value of the experience will be charged. Cancellation less than 24 hours: the entire experience will be charged.
