Casa Arte is a private, privileged location for hosting retreats. Located in the very heart of a natural park, it is the ideal site for intimacy, peace and relaxation, listening to the birds in harmony with the beauty of nature.
Large swaths land, shady wooded areas, grass spots, a pool, terraces and countless nooks and hideaways perfect for relaxing. Each room is different, unique and has its own sun-kissed terrace facing the garden offering calm and intimacy. All rooms are quiet, peaceful and offer homely comforts far away from home.

What is the cancellation policy for Casa Arte Lagos
All cancellations must be notified. If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, 50% of the rental amount will be forfeited. If 30 days or less before entering the premises, the entire stay will be due. In case of no show and no contact from the guest within 24 hours the contract is considered null and void. The owner will keep any payment and will be free to rent the property to other tenants. * Please contact us for pricing your special event.
What is the deposit policy for Casa Arte Lagos
We require 50% of the total amount at time of booking with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. In case of a reservation unless 30 days, the global payment will be required at time of booking. A security deposit of minimum 3 000€ is requested and should appear on the bank account minimum 3 days prior arrival if paid by bank transfer. It will be reimbursed maximum 15 days after departure.
