Our days unfold around the practice of Yoga. The Shala is located on the top floor of the house where it enjoys all the beauty of the ocean as the entire west facade of the room is made in glass doors and allows plenty of light and ocean breeze to join us during the class. It is 52 squared meters, the floor is entirely covered with a 2cm tatami and we provide all the props you might need (mats, blocks, pillows, eye pillows, belts, blankets).
