What is the cancellation policy for The Reef 28
Cancellation 91 Days or More Before Arrival: No penalty will be charged. Cancellation 90 to 61 Days Before Arrival: A penalty equivalent to one night's stay. Cancellation 60 to 31 Days Before Arrival: A cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the total reservation cost will be applied.. Cancellation 30 Days or Less Before Arrival: Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the arrival date will incur a penalty of 100% of the total reservation cost. *this can be negotiable dependingon the number of rooms and dates requested**
What is the deposit policy for The Reef 28
Reservation Confirmation Payment: A payment equivalent to the cost of one night's stay is required upon receipt of the contract to confirm your reservation. Advance Payment: A partial payment amounting to 50% of the total cost is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Final Payment: The remaining 100% of the total amount is to be settled no later than 30 days before the group's anticipated arrival. *this can be negotiable dependingon the number of rooms and dates requested**
