What is the cancellation policy for Grand Sunset & Riviera Princess
60 days before, a reduction of 20% of the total blocked will be allowed at no cost. Additional cancellations will be fully penalized. 30 days before, a reduction of 10% of the total blocked will be allowed at no cost. Additional cancellations will be fully penalized. 15 days before, a reduction of 5% of the total blocked will be allowed at no cost. Additional cancellations will be fully penalized. Reduction in occupancy: o 90 days (or more) before the arrival of the group: No penalty o 89 - 60 days before the arrival of the group: 50% penalty o 59 days before (or less) the arrival of the group: 100% penalty No shows will be charged at 100% A 10% penalty will be applied for rooms with direct changes at the hotel. For early departures, a charge of 50% of the total number of canceled nights will be applied.
