Puerto Escondido Bootcamp is based on a series of routines designed to shape, tone, relax and balance the body and mind through a series of discipline combinations; including cardiovascular exercises and specific toning exercises, yoga, meditation and a special detox diet.
Puerto Escondido Bootcamp is suitable for all adults over 18 years of age. You do not have to be highly trained or have extensive experience in physical exercise, the program adapts to your level. A fundamental part of the program is the practice of yoga, which helps to improve muscle flexibility, balance and a great way to learn to relax body and mind.

House Palapa
The palapa is one of the architectural elements with the greatest identity of the Pacific basin. Its Malay origin, which means pulpy leaf because of the appearance obtained after the superposition of several layers of palm leaves, adapted very well to the Mexican climate and was very similar to the ancestral constructions of western Mexico. The popularity of this architectural element, mainly in the Pacific basin, is due to its easy construction and the freshness that is felt under them.
The large palapa, with its different interior areas, is the heart of Casa Inspiración . Here the palapa has been brought to a greater degree of sophistication. First, because of its dimensions, 14 x 14 meters, which nevertheless preserves the traditional proportions and blends in perfectly with the landscape. It is also made with double palm braiding, which gives it a much richer and more uniform interior texture. The lighting, through wooden lamps on its perimeter, finishes giving the perfect touch to this unique element.

We limit the number of guests staying here at the same time to 14 to 16 people. This way Casa Inspiración never feels crowded. Also, our dining table only fits 16 people.

The coast of Oaxaca offers a great variety of opportunities to get in contact with nature; from visiting mythical places like Punta Cometa –the southern tip of Mexico- to outings to spot whales and dolphins in the deep sea. Canoe rides through the Ventanilla or Chacagua lagoons, plankton bathing in Maniantepec; or witness the nesting of turtles during the seasons.
SKI AND SLALOM
The Maniantepec lagoon, an ecological environment of freshwater separated from the sea by a bar and surrounded by mangroves, is located just 20 minutes from Casa Inspiración and is the ideal setting for practicing skiing and slalom.
