The Dusun is seven self-catering, socially-conscious, eco-bungalows on a durian orchard. In 1984, our family began planting trees on this 12-acre lot. What is the cancellation policy for The Dusun, Malaysia
Cancellations of Houses: Refunds for cancellations are not possible 30 days or less before the event, including cancellation of individual houses and foods. Menus: We draw menus from our family and local repertoires. Sets are created for the balance of flavours and ingredients. Any replacements will need to complement the rest of the menu. Maximum People: We cannot accommodate more than 20 adults to stay over. Last-minute additions above the maximum will result in the cancellation of the venue booking. The cancellation policy will apply with such changes within 30 days of the stay. Parking: We only have five parking lots on resort level and 2 parking lots next to Perling House. Groups must carpool or hire group transport. Prices: Food and accommodation prices are already discounted and are non-negotiable.
