The lower floor houses the gym, equipped with Freemotion elliptical and treadmill, 2 spinning bikes, weight bench, kettlebells, VTX weights, yoga mats, 50” TV, and shower. If it’s more to your style to put yourself in the hands of a qualified masseuse or beauty technician, just tell the butler and that will be arranged. The upper floor room with outdoor deck doubles as a spa and yoga studio.

When you arrive at Villa Rosa, shortly after you settle in, unpack, and relax, our amazing staff will meet with you to go over your custom menu and food preferences for the duration of your stay with us. Anything you can imagine is on the menu – all you have to do is request it. Your food will be picked up fresh from the local markets by the kitchen staff.

Jerk cooking uses a series of spices as a marinade or a paste to season chicken or pork. People also use jerk seasoning on beef, goat, fish, fruit or vegetables. Traditionally the marinade has allspice and scotch bonnet peppers (habanero), and the meat is marinated for hours and slow cooked over pimento wood.
