An attention and passion for the excellent products of Puglia we constantly look for local masserie from which to take the best lamb and podolico beef, free-range chickens and capons, farms with Puglian cheeses such as burrata and canestrato.
We have a network of people who search for wild early fruits depending on the period: porcini mushrooms and cardoncelli, asparagus and snails, sivoni, myrtle and berries and much more.
The fishermen of Savelletri also fish for us the tasty fish of the Mediterranean: scampi and purple garmberi, red tuna, dentex, anglerfish and turbot and of course the seafood specialties of Puglia.
