What is the cancellation policy for Heliopic Hotel & Spa
Amounts received by the hotel are not refundable in case of partial or total cancellation. More than 30 days before the arrival: 70% of the total amount can be cancelled without fees. Between 30 to 15 days before the arrival: 20% of the total amount can be cancelled without fees. Between 14 to 3 days before the arrival: 10% of the total amount can be cancelled without fees. Less than 3 days before the arrival: any cancellation of the reserved services will be charged.
What is the deposit policy for Heliopic Hotel & Spa
Booking is confirmed after payment of deposit (30% of total amount) with a "signed and accepted for" document on the pro forma invoice. 50% of the total amount will be paid at the latest 30 days prior to arrival. The remaining 20% will be paid at the latest 14 days prior to arrival.
