Offering sweeping views at every turn, the resort’s striking Casa Grande is an architectural masterpiece, home to an open-air Lounge Bar, Cigar Lounge, Library and Amanera’s signature restaurant with expansive indoor and outdoor dining areas. The pavilion can host 80 guests seated or 110 guests standing.
Lounge Bar
Amanera’s laid-back lounge area serves as a lofty setting for a memorable champagne toast, a private dinner for up to 20 guests or a cosy pre- or post-celebration drink for 70 guests (standing).
Bay View Casa
This magnificent two-bedroom Casa claims unobstructed views of Playa Grande Beach from its expansive living areas, outdoor terrace and private infinity swimming pool. The ideal venue for an intimate ceremony or reception, it also makes a stunning setting for a sunset cocktail party for 30 standing guests or a seated rehearsal dinner for up to 40 (combining indoors and outdoors) prior to the big day.
The Platform at Hole 14
Originally designed by golf legend Robert Trent Jones Sr., the Playa Grande Golf & Ocean Club course boasts the most oceanfront holes of any course in the Western Hemisphere. The 14th hole offers a special natural setting for large open-air ceremonies, parties and seated receptions for up to 110 guests.

Surrounded by lush gardens, Amanera’s two-bedroom Bay View Casa offers guests an expansive 244 square metres (2626 square feet) of accommodation in a prime position on the Playa Grande coastline. At the heart of the casa, a private swimming pool, terrace dining area, kitchenette and expansive sundeck form a central space to gather and enjoy the Caribbean outdoor lifestyle, ideal for entertaining surrounded by panoramic ocean views.
The casa also affords guest’s ample privacy, with king-sized beds and en suite bathrooms housed in separate free-standing pavilions. To ensure a seamless stay, the casa has a personal host on hand to tend to every need, including transporting guests around the resort in the casa’s private buggy. In line with the resort’s nature-inspired ethos, four tranquil ponds also surround the casa, for moments of private reflection.

Offering outstanding open views of the ocean in a prime location along the Playa Grande coastline, the 77 square metre (829 square feet) Amanera Casita opens onto an extensive 159 square (1711 square feet) terrace which includes a sheltered al fresco dining area and a private swimming pool for seamless outdoor living. Perfect for individuals or small groups looking for extra comfort, this casita features a spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed and a living area, ideal for relaxation and unwinding. The generous bathroom boasts a freestanding bathtub and abundant natural light streaming in from overhead skylights.

Amanera’s centrepiece dining spot Casa Grande sits on dramatic 60ft cliffs, raised between mountains, rainforest and sea. True to Amanera’s name – which combines the Sanskrit word for ‘peace’ and the local Taíno term for ‘water’ – the indoor-outdoor restaurant nudges against tranquil infinity-edge waterways, making the most of arched Atlantic views. Island-inspired dishes also reflect the all-encompassing ocean setting. A separate Casa Grande dining pavilion can be booked for private events and intimate occasions.
Beach Club
Laid back and lapped by the ocean, the Beach Club rests on a sandy cove of peaceful Playa Grande, lulled by the somnambulant sound of the sea.
