What is the cancellation policy for Hotel Isla del Encanto, Barú Colombia
• Early check-in: Subject to availabilit, paying 50% of the reservation Price. • Early departure: Must be announced to avoid the early departure penalty, which in some cases amounts to 100% of the reservation price (non-refundable). Some rates are non-refundable. • Late check-out: Late check-outs after 12:00 pm will be charged 50% of the reservation price. • No-show for individual reservations: For reservations that do not show up at the hotel, the fee established by Law 300, Article 65 of the General Tourism Law will be charged. This fee is equivalent to 50% in low season and 100% of the reservation price in high season. • Late cancellations for individual reservations: Cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours prior to arrival. After this time, the provisions of Law 300, Article 65 of the General Tourism Law apply, corresponding to 100% of the deposit. • Group or event cancellations: 5 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation and contract amount will be charged.
