"Zahari Zograf" and "Yastrebets" halls can be combined into one common hall, suitable for any type of event. They are located in the central part of the hotel, in close proximity to the lobby bar and reception.

The impressive Rila Ballroom is the biggest conference hall not only in hotel Rila but in the entire resort of Borovets. It is suitable for events with capacity from 90 to 600 delegates and for every occasion, from work seminars to fabulous gala diners. The hall offers a lot of natural light, a podium, VIP box and a private lobby with a private bar and terrace. Rila Ballroom can be divided into two separate halls - Rila 1 and Rila 2. Each hall has a modern AV system, a technical expert on duty and WiFi. The hall offers four static displays, suitable for screening presentations, company logo and LIVE videos. Direct lift to the parking lot is available from the terrace, convenient for carrying materials and additional equipment.

Located in the west wing of the hotel, Musala Hall is a comfortable hall, without columns or obtrusions and with plenty of natural light. It is suitable for events with maximum capacity of up to 50 people. The hall can be connected with Borovets Hall.

Borovets Hall is spacious and functional, without columns or obtrusions and with plenty of natural light. Professional displays on the sides of the hall can be used to screen presentations from the main screen. For bigger events, the hall can be connected with Musala Hall.

Compact, comfortable with plenty of natural daylight, hall Samokov is located on the second floor of the conference center. It is suitable for meetings and trainings with small capacity up to 20 people.
