Located under the large glass roof, the Lobby Europe is a central and spacious area of 200sqm. It communicates with all the meeting rooms, and has a direct access to the reception, the business corner, the cloakroom, the bathrooms, the kitchen, as well as the Sicco Mansholt area. With a capacity of 250 guests, it is an ideal place to organize a cocktail party, a convivial break or a temporary exhibition.

Composed of three rooms with removable walls, the Paul-Henri Spaak room is a modular space that can host receptions of all types. Offering up to 240 sqm, this magnificent living room open on Jourdan Square is at the same time very bright and spacious. Each of the three rooms, of an area of 80sqm, has an independent access and is suitable for any type of events ; whether it is in school, theater, U-shape or boardroom set up, or for a dinner, banquet or cocktail. Once connected, they allow the organization of cocktails or banquet up to 250 guests. This room is named after Paul-Henri Spaak, former Prime Minister of Belgium and NATO’s General Secretary, also considered as one of the founding fathers of Europe with the negotiation and signing of the Treaty of Rome.

With a total area of 52sqm, the Jean Rey Room consists of two rooms separated with a removable wall. Each room welcomes up to 50 guests in theater style, and is adaptable upon requests. Thanks to the large bay windows overlooking Froissart street, the Jean Rey room is a bright space, very popular and valued by our guests. Intermediate scale meetings such as lunches or dinners are regularly organized in this refined and modern setting. The room takes its name from the famous Belgian politician and President of the European Commission Jean Rey, who developed the unique financial resources system specific to the European Union, and who was at the origin of the Treaty of Luxembourg signing.

The Roy Jenkins room is named after the famous politician and eponymous British biographer, who was the sixth president of the European Commission. It is composed of two meeting rooms with an intermediate removable wall, offering a total area of 52sqm. Open on Froissart Street and flooded with natural light, it is a pleasant area, ideal to organize events gathering up to 50 guests in theater style. Like all the other rooms of the hotel, the Roy Jenkins room provides the latest technologies in light, sound and connectivity. It is often used for intermediate size meetings, small conferences, as well as for breakfasts or dinners for executive committees.

This room pays tribute to the famous Italian politician Franco Maria Malfatti, who was the third president of the European Commission between 1970 and 1972. This bright area of 54sqm overlooking Froissart Street is particularly suitable for private lunches, dinners or banqueting thanks to its proximity with the kitchens and its very elegant and refined atmosphere. Like every other meeting rooms, the Franco Maria Malfatti Room provides the latest technology in light, sound and connectivity.

Open to the outside on Jourdan Square and Froissart street, the Jourdan Lounge is very popular for its intimate atmosphere. With 38sqm, the Jourdan Lounge offers a modern and refined decor, and is organized in two distinct areas. The entrance leads to a pleasant seating area, ideal for relaxation and dialogue thanks to its large armchairs, coffee table with international magazines and newspapers, and its Nespresso area. On entering further inside, a large meeting room flooded with natural light welcomes up to 10 guests around a large table. This room is adaptable to the format of your event with possibility of organizing different set-up.

The Konrad Adenauer room pays tribute to the renowned German Federal Chancellor, considered as the founder of contemporary Germany and who has had an important influence on the construction of Europe. With an area of 115sqm, this large boardroom offers a beautiful panoramic view on the outside. With a capacity of up to 24 guests, the Konrad Adenauer room can also be used for private dinners. A vestibule, a large cloakroom, a lounge area with armchairs and large desks complete this very bright and elegant setting. The two large white screens, the integrated connection on the central table and the unique sound systems allow each guest to comfortably follow the presentations.

With large bay windows offering a clear view on the Leopold Park, this 38 sqm living room is both an intimate and functional space, usually used on top of other meeting rooms. Often used as an office or for small meetings, the Jacques Delors room is close to the Konrad Adenauer room, and can thus constitute a very convenient storage or preparation area for larger events. With its airy design and numerous equipments, it adapts to all forms of events. It also offers a buffet area, ideal for any meeting break. The room takes its name from the famous French politician Jacques Delors, who was president of the European Commission – located at a very short distance from the hotel – between 1985 and 1995.
