Chateau Yering’s spectacular Oak Room offers elegant period décor and magnificent views across the Yarra Valley. It accommodates up to 150 people and caters to all events with menus designed by our head chef. The Oak Room, over 160 m², continues Chateau Yering’s tradition of providing a focal point for hospitality and events in the Yarra Valley and Melbourne’s east. It offers various setups, from U-Shape for 60 people to banquet style for 140. The Oak Room also features a bar and a separate lobby area for conference meals. With dark rich timbers and an open fireplace, our Library provides a warm atmosphere for conferences, private dinners, or pre-event drinks and canapés. It connects to our stately bar for pre or post-event drinks. Enjoy a quiet game of chess after dinner or relax with a good book by the fire during winter. A room hire fee applies for function bookings.

The Melba Suite offers the ultimate retreat from the world. Spanning a generous 38sqm (406 sqft), this one-bedroom sanctuary features a king-size bed and is elegantly furnished with antique pieces and fine art. Soak in the natural light that fills the space during the day, or step out onto your private balcony or veranda to enjoy the tranquil gardens and sweeping views of the Yarra Valley. Unwind in the inviting sitting area or indulge in a long, soothing soak in the clawfoot bath, surrounded by the elegance of marble in the bathroom.
The three Stable Suites have been thoughtfully crafted from the heritage-listed historic stables, now nestled in a private wing of the main house. This 35sqm (374 sq ft) suite combines timeless charm with modern comforts, featuring a large antique four-poster bed and a cosy sitting area. Full-length doors open to a sun-drenched North-East-facing patio, where you can enjoy the glorious morning sunshine and views of the gardens. In the cooler months, the suite is warmed by a large open log fire (available May to mid-November), creating the perfect setting for intimate moments and leisurely afternoons with the finest wines from the Yarra Valley. To complete the experience, indulge in a rejuvenating soak in the spa bath, surrounded by the luxurious marble of the elegant bathroom.
Eleonore’s Restaurant has long been synonymous with exceptional dining. As a celebrated ‘destination restaurant,’ Eleonore’s remains dedicated to showcasing regional produce, paired perfectly with local and international wines from our historic bluestone cellar. Join us for Lunch from 12:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays, and Dinner from 6:00pm Wednesday to Sunday.
