I began this journey as an Artist, fully and completely that is all I did was create. Both of my degrees are in Fine Arts which provided the groundwork for how I teach now, helping people make connections with esoteric methodologies & concepts. The bridge though was the years I worked as a Full-Time Public School Teacher. This gave me the tools and experiences I needed to be able to really help others to learn these practices that were always so intuitive to me. I am constantly seeking out teachers to deepen my ability to bring practices like Yin Yoga, Meditation and Qi Gong to as many people around the world as possible. I love so much more than anything seeing how each student learns and what makes a new concept finally resonate with them. It is all about that for me, how can I meet each person where they are and bring more peace into their experience of their unique life.
