Téo is an experienced yoga instructor who takes great joy in helping others to transform themselves through yoga.

He embraces the practice in its entirety and loves teaching Vinyasa flows to create heat and rhythm just as much as he enjoys sharing his passion for Yin Yoga to help his students restore and regenerate.

Since the age of 18, Téo has been exploring different corners of the globe to experience for himself all that the world has to offer. Quickly after settling in Los Angeles, he discovers Yoga. Thanks to the liberation he discovers through his own practice, he decides to make it his life purpose to share this subtle discipline. He has learned so many vital lessons along his path to self discovery, which he loves to share as he helps others to nurture their possibilities for growth and transformation.

Since the pandemic started, Téo took a break from Los Angeles to go spend some time in nature to fully reset and regenerate in order to come back as centered as ever.

Whether you are an advanced yoga student or a beginner, Téo’s retreat is the perfect fit for you. He will design each and every of his classes to best serve all of the attendees so that everyone will leave the retreat feeling transformed in and out.
