I began my wellness journey when I was diagnosed with rare eye cancer at the age of two and spent much of my childhood growing up in and out of the hospital.

As a traveler and perpetual student, I have visited over 100 countries and have accrued over 1000+ Yoga Educational Credits. In leading more than 10,000 hours of public, corporate and one on one sessions over the past fifteen years, I have learned that by connecting into our own creativity, mindfulness and movement we can unlock our individual and unique pathways to healing.

What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

Rayos Del Sol in Costa Rica. It feels like home.

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

To live fully within our own possibility by uplifting the world around us in service.

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?

Truthfully, those who show up to practice with me are the biggest teachers. Their inquiry, their search for connection and grace, their journeys encourage me to be more truthful, more neutral and more receptive through both facilitating classes and living life.
