What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

We are born into this life with a desire to thrive, not just to survive. When we are in alignment with our soul’s purpose, when we are vibrating at our highest frequency, when we are living our best authentic life as our Highest Self, that is when we thrive.

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?

I am grateful to ALL of my teachers along the way, whether they were yoga teachers such as Dr. Illana Nankin of Breathe for Change, or Nicole Smith-Levay of Power Within Healing; or teachers of nutrition like Dr. Henele Eale, or teachers of Bhakti such as Krishna Das, or enlightened Gurus such as Anandamayi Ma. I also must give thanks to my husband, Anthony, for always believing in me and encouraging me. I give thanks to my children and my students who have been some of my best teachers.
