What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

Cocoon Portugal is a 275 acre coastal farm + retreat, offering inspiration + community for the modern traveller.  It's also pure magic, where between the oversized hammocks and the freshwater lake, you'll start to lose track of time.   The kind of place where each morning is a celebration, practicing under the canopy of old growth pines, but so is each evening, with world class wine and fascinating dinner conversation.

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

To move through the world without questioning yourself. To stand firm in your power and foundation and move forward with love and courage.

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?

Emily Shapiro, showed me the way in Costa Rica, Tony Lupinacci, showed me the way in Portugal, Jules Bakshi, my cohost for many retreats with Good Move NY
