No one is free until we all are free. My liberation is tied up with yours, and yours with mine. Let us work together to create a world in which we all can truly enjoy that freedom.

Retreat Specialties

My retreats invite practitioners of all backgrounds to discover their true nature, deepen their spiritual practice, restore and recharge, and develop greater awareness about themselves and the world around them. We honor the sacred lands on which we practice and travel ethically and with a level compassion and humility for local residents. And we also have a lot of fun and laugh a lot!

Teaching Specialties

I'm a yoga and meditation teacher committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming space in which new and long-time practitioners can deepen their spiritual practice and find ease in both body and mind. My classes combine mindful movement, meditation, breathwork, and self-reflection exercises. I include multiple variations to make the practice more accessible for everybody and every body. My goal is to create a holistic class experience that encourages physical, mental, and spiritual growth and moves us toward a more just and equitable world for all.

What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

To thrive is to live authentically, whole-heartedly, and in alignment with our individual good and collective good

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?

My students, teachers, and all the sweet souls I meet traveling and offering the gifts of yoga and meditation inspire me most. I am particularly grateful for my teachers Arjuna Dharma Das and Arpita Kshama Devi as well as my dear friend and collaborator Cristiane Machado with whom I co-created YogaLoka, a nonprofit that provides yoga and wellness services to traditionally underserved populations.
