I am the founder of the Neurosculpting® Institute and it's my passion to teach the Neurosculpting modality all over the world. I have a Masters Degree in Education, a Foundations Certification in NeuroLeadership, and Certificates in Medical Neuroscience, Visual Perception, and the Brain, and Neurobiology. I am the author of seven books on stress management and trauma including NEW BELIEFS, NEW BRAIN: Free Yourself from Stress and Fear, and NEUROSCULPTING: A Whole-Brain Approach to Heal Trauma, Rewrite Limiting Beliefs, and Find Wholeness.

I run a private meditation practice in Colorado teaching clients who suffer from stress disorders, and I am a faculty member of Kripalu Yoga and Meditation Center, the Law Enforcement Survival Institute, Omega Institute, and 1440 Multiversity.
At The Neurosculpting Institute, you can join us in person or virtually to jump-start your meditation practice.

What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

Synergia Ranch in New Mexico, USA not because of it's exotic location or beauty but because of the magic of the land, the desert, the sustainable orchard and farm, and the history of the community.

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

Thriving is our ability to look beyond getting our basic needs met, and towards actions that feed our sense or purpose and mission.

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?

My students and clients have helped me the most because when they entrust their health to me I am compelled to go beyond expectations in keeping them safe, happy and learning. I have also been inspired by Dr. David Perlmutter, John Assaraf, and a few other industry leaders who have taken the time to invest in my development.
