Retreat Specialties

I strive to create inclusive retreats that are both relaxing and fun along with a little yoga and spiritual education mixed in.

What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

Aegialis Resort and Spa, Amorgos Greece. I have been returning to this amazing yoga space for the last 5 years. They have so many lovely spaces for yoga and equipment galore. The scenery is so beautiful as we practice overlooking the Aegean Sea in open air shalas!

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

Being in balance physically, mentally and spiritually. Cultivating the abilities of awareness and non-attachment are two important aspects of staying in balance.

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?

I credit all of my teachers through the years and consider myself a lifelong learner. I am especially grateful to my colleagues at YogaFit who teach and hold space with me and have become part of my family. My time spent studying in India was life-changing and I am grateful to my teachers there Anand Mehrotra and Sri Jayankumar.
