As a Gemini Sun + Pisces Moon, I’m a woman whose heart’s journey is to explore foreign territory and deeper waters. As an avid traveler, truth-seeker, and cancer survivor, I spent many years running from my pain in pursuit of belonging and a non-existent ideal Self. Over 7 years, I traveled to India to immerse myself in the mystery schools of yoga, Tantra, goddess spirituality, and temple dance — until an injury to my ankle caused me to cease my search + awaken to the presence of the divine feminine directly within myself.

Over the last five years, I’ve returned home to my wild truth and transformed from a dissociated yogini afraid of her own power to an embodied woman tapped into the cosmic wisdom + magic of her very own body.

My work is pulled by an unceasing call to midwife the divine feminine and help women fully trust their power so they can create an fulfilling life on their own terms. My work is not about becoming “more feminine,” or tapping into any power that exists outside yourself.

Rather, I believe that true feminine power is the power of vulnerability — and that nothing has the ability to heal, shed shame, and enrapture hearts like allowing our gloriously imperfect selves to be seen just as we are.

I believe your soul is designed to shamelessly shine and nothing brings me greater joy than helping women awaken the confidence to shed the stories that confine them + step into juicy, soul-expanding lives on their own terms.

Through sacred feminine wisdom, embodied practice, and transformational retreats, I’ve helped hundreds of women overcome the unhealed wounds that held them back from reconnecting to their wild feminine wisdom and fully stepping into the lives they truly want.

Retreat Specialties

The Rewild Retreat is a transformational process designed to help women shed shame and self-doubt so they can reclaim their power and confidently live their lives as the whole, authentic, and radiant women they are in truth. It’s important to note that this is NOT your typical twice-daily-yoga, cocktail-by-a-pool retreat experience. This retreat is for women who are looking to do the inner healing work and explore uncharted territory within themselves. There’ll be plenty of time for solitude, self-care, rejuvenation, and play — but the deep desire to go in and come home to the Self in a whole new way should be the primary motivation for attending this retreat. What you’ll experience during the Rewild Retreat will be radically different from other spiritual or personal development retreats due to the fact that our focus and approach is deeply feminine. The container of this retreat seeks to nurture and humanize you into growth and transformation rather than exposing your weaknesses, or idolizing a version of you that exists apart from who you already are. This process is not sanitized, conceptual, or otherworldly, causing you to abandon parts of yourself that are messy, unpolished, or painful. Rather, this retreat is raw, compassionate, and embodied — inviting you home to the parts of yourself you’ve abandoned for love, acceptance, and approval. My primary motivation for creating Rewild Retreats is to offer safe space for the embodied woman. A space where no part of you is forbidden. A space where every part of you is sacred ground. A space where you have the full permission to bring all of yourself: Your grief. Your anger. Your resentment. Your wounds. Your passion and longing. Your full-body yearning. Your soft vulnerability. Your fierce truth. You are invited to bring all of it. To express all of it through the story of your body. And embrace every part of you as the deeply-sacred and vibrant goddess that you are.

Teaching Specialties

I believe feminine energy is the energy of vulnerability, and I lead with my own in order to open up safe + empowered spaces for others to as well. I believe that the only thing on this planet that truly heals is human connection — so creating intimate containers where others feel safe to be imperfect and witnessed in their totality + radiance is the work I’m called to do. I have no interest in presenting myself as the expert with the answers. I’m interested in empowering others to come home to themselves and fully trust their truth, their answers. I believe each woman has just as much insight + medicine to offer through her presence as I do. I bring both feminine fire + nurturing waters into the transformation space. You’ll be challenged, awakened, and brought to your edge — but you’ll also feel so deeply supported + loved that it’ll feel safe + empowering for you to step over it. My teaching style is raw, deep, provocative, nurturing, and soulful. When you sign up for a retreat, expect to encounter uncharted territory within yourself and meet yourself as the radiant + empowered conduit of the divine that you are.

What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

The Yoga Forest in Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. They were the most organized and supportive retreat center I've worked with. I love that they are stewards of the land and support the indigenous communities that surround them through their work. Soulshine Bali. The staff there was incredibly hospitable, warm, and kind. Their attention to detail in creating a special experience for our guests was unmatched. Yoga Mandala Sacred Valley in Peru. I actually haven't been yet as I'm hosting this retreat in May, but their flexibility and support as we navigated this global pandemic was invaluable to me.

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

To me, thriving is something that naturally occurs when we are aligned with our true nature. Thriving, to me, is our natural state. We simply need to grant ourselves the permission to step into our wildest expression and fully shine.

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?

Talib and Shubbha Fisher, for their authentic leadership and humanizing facilitation style. Angela Farmer, for her pioneer spirit in reclaiming yoga and movement for the female body, psyche, and spirit.
