I have been studying and teaching the art and science of Yoga for 25 years. I am a momma of 3, a natural birth advocate and doula, and an avid surfer and paddleboarder (I also teach paddleboarding and sup yoga!). I am passionate about traveling the world and my absolute fave part of my biz is leading retreats, holding space for people to step outside of their comfort zones and explore what lights them up
