I have studied yoga, meditation, shamanism, and other healing arts for over 20 years. I have created and led yoga teacher trainings, mentorships, inspirational seminars, and retreats over the last 15 years. I currently have moved most of my business online and have an online yoga membership called Angie Knight Yoga at Home which included both recorded and live virtual classes + online community + more, a 9 month 1:1 mentorship called Time to Fly, and 200 hr RYT Sacred Space Yoga Teacher Training (virtual Fall 2021). My next international retreat is in Tuscany, Italy June 4-11, 2022. If I were to summarize what I offer people, it would be a safe and sacred space to be with themselves and life. I help people unlearn the conditioning that leaves them feeling flawed or unworthy so that they can discover what makes them come alive and fly into the most free and authentic version of themselves. I help people align with and trust their own inner guidance system so that they can be who they are!

Thriving means living in alignment with your heart and purpose, having the abundance to offer and receive your heart's deepest desires, and the courage to unapologetically and joyfully be who you are!

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?

Honestly, I feel that life and nature have been my primary teachers. My meditation practice guides me to my direct communication with my inner being. This is what I help other people access and trust in themselves. My heart.
