Krystal Davis

As a teacher I integrate energy medicine into my workshops, which promotes energy techniques to heal the mind and body and enhance feminine energy and their sacral chakra energy. My students can expect an experience of enlightenment, shedding comfort zones, adventure, sisterhood, and overall new experiences.

My favorite is Vista Celestial in Uvtita, Costa Rica. I love the package that was provided with roundtrip transportation from the airport, meal packages, and the farm to table cooking demonstration. The staff was very accommodating with everything I needed set up as well.

Thriving is the precursor for growth. It is the result of certain nourishing elements which promotes a positive environment to thrive.

I look up to my mother. She raised me as a single mother and instilled many important values into me as a strong independent woman. She demonstrated unconditional love and positive energy throughout my life. My partner has helped me the most along my retreat leader journey. He is a native of Costa Rica who knows the land thoroughly (which is where I held my first retreat). He is also in the tourism and tour operator business, which I incorporate into my itineraries with my Costa Rica retreats.
