Leading Yoga retreats have been a favorite part of my business offerings for many years. In addition to teaching stupendous clients in New York, my home base, I love to travel. I have had life-defining experiences leading groups and curating Yoga vacations to fabulous places in the Hamptons, Mexico and Croatia. In 2021 and 2022 I am excited to focus on magical retreats for women which will offer safe, supportive and transformational trips to heal and hit reset. Don't we all need that right about now? They are extremely beneficial exercises for people suffering from Hypo-thyroid conditions, obesity, depression, or low energy. Each exercise should be repeated, with the correct breathing, 7, 14, or 21 times. They are most effective when performed first thing in the morning, before taking food.
