Fitness has been a passion of mine my entire life along with helping others. I began my wellness career back in 2015 starting as a personal trainer and then discovering other avenues such as cycling and yoga which really captured my heart. After traveling to India for a couple months, I studied and was certified for 200 hours of yoga training and always believe it was the best decision I ever made. Practicing yoga has been such an amazing tool in handling daily life and the greatest service I can provide is passing the knowledge on. After Covid-19 closed both of my gyms, I transitioned to Zoom classes online and have been hosting regularly since the initial lockdowns. My hope is to connect others with my classes online and eventually host healing retreats throughout the world once the pandemic has settled.

Retreat Specialties

Whether it's a beach clean up, school volunteer or saving animals, we always take time to show the locals our gratitude for visiting their space. I try to stay clear of the gentrified tourist traps and instead work with locals on what actually helps their economy giving my students the full experience of the location and really helping them feel like they are a part of the solutions.

Teaching Specialties

The key to yoga is not taking it or yourself too seriously so I love to keep my classes approachable yet challenging and professional yet fun. My lessons may be filled with corny dad jokes but will help you master fundamental breathing techniques, yoga postures and sequences helping increase flexibility, balance, mobility and so much more. My ultimate goal is to give students the confidence and tools in developing their own amazing practice so that they can live their healthiest and happiest lives.

What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

Casa Naga in Tulum, MX - I love the people, accommodations and location between jungle and ocean. The meditation garden is incredible, healthy dining and a peaceful place to sleep is what makes this venue so great

To thrive is to gain experience each day. Whether it's experiencing joy, pain, or anything else that can help you grow.
