Liz is a Richmond, VA native with an adventurous and wild heart. Along with being a stand-up paddleboard and mat yoga instructor, Liz is an earth medicine worker, breathwork guide, and ReWild Spirit mentor.

She has hitchhiked throughout Patagonia, taught yoga on palm-filled islands, lived on off-grid permaculture farms, and led retreats in the jungle. Life’s rich experiences and time spent in nature are her greatest teachers. Liz sees yoga as a practice to honor not only the body and soul but also the earth and the land. Liz’s classes are designed to nourish this essential remembering and stir the wild inside us all.

Her current work is in dedication to her community, offering liberating practices to remind us of our wild, stripping the layers, and remapping the limiting narratives. She reminds us that self-love and reconnection to the earth is the path to healing.
