I offer a Fall in Love With Yourself retreat to Paris to uncover your confidence, stand in your power, and learn to love yourself inside, outside, and underneath. I offer monthly virtual new moon women's circles to set intentions and explore inward. The Hurray House Method is a powerful tool that students can use again and again to do the necessary inner housekeeping so that they can befriend their emotions and release limiting beliefs - and show up in the world as their most powerful and joy-filled selves. And coming soon I offer a bra shopping and self-love course! I use in-person experiences, video, virtual gatherings, guided visualization, sharing, journaling, bra shopping, and more to guide students to live their hurray!

Paris, France - We used the entire city as our retreat venue! Paris is the perfect place to practice dating and falling in love with yourself. One of the favorite experiences was bra shopping for French lingerie and then wearing it in a boudoir shoot at a French luxury penthouse. Hurray! I also loved A Private villa in Lake Atitlan, Guatemala where I lead a workshop on showing up authentically in the media, as well as a new moon circle as a guest at a retreat. The location was stunning with two volcanoes across the lake. It was also an intimate group of women who were so clued into showing up big time.

Thrive to me is saying "hurray!" Hurray is a term I use to describe your personal definition of success, joy, and fulfillment. Thriving happens when we are aligned with our own hurray - and that includes standing firm in our values, Why, faith, and self-love and find hurray inside of us first. Then we can shine that hurray into the world.

I am inspired by Chris Maddox of The WILD Woman Project, Juliana Mitchell - a yoga and meditation teacher, Mary Campbell, and so many more! I love learning from women who lead heart focused workshops and practice what they preach.
