Retreat Specialties

With the utmost love, dedication, and passion for what we do, we hand select places on the map, that hold the perfect balance between adventure & relaxation. We focus on smaller groups, in a luxury setting and create a family like environment. Our retreats are all-inclusive with a private chef, private tour guide, luxury villa accommodations, transporation and daily yoga and meditation.

Teaching Specialties

My goal is to help students be the best version of themselves. The importance of alignment, both physically and mentally. We move the body and also quite the mind. My students can always expect to feel calm and relaxed after my class.

What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

Sedona, Arizona. We have hosted two spectacular retreats in Sedona. Each time, we stayed in a private estate, surrounded by breathtaking views. Our retreats combine hiking, yoga and mediation. Sedona has the most beautiful hikes. It is something quite special to experience the vortexes and energy from the red rocks. Our chef is amazing and made gourmet meals to compliment our fun filled days. The memories, friendships and bonds will last lifetimes.

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

To 'thrive' means to me, living your best life. Gratitude is the fundamental foundation of being able to thrive. It is the key to happiness and abundance. It also brings us into the present moment and lets us fully be present for ourselves and others.
