Jenna’s love of teaching, fitness, and the outdoors has taken her around the world—from a dance, drama, and Pilates teacher in New Zealand to a rafting and hiking guide in Alaska; a snowboarding, skiing, and recreational therapy instructor in her native Utah, and travels the world (Asia, Saudi Arabia, and Barbados to name a few ) training and certifying instructors. She has A passion for learning and growth. Jenna is a lead instructor trainer in Stott Pilates, CORE athletic conditioning and performance training, ZENGA mindful movement and in Total barre. She’s also certified as a 500 hour yoga teacher and in aerial fitness. She loves to see her students’ lives improve as they work toward fitness goals, injury rehabilitation, or improved quality of life.

Jenna and her husband, Joe, own Awaken Studios and Retreats. Their four children remind them to be present and live in awe of our amazing world.

The participants. They show courage by coming, trying new things, immersing themselves in new cultures, with new people new ways to move and new experiences. They are brave, the grow in love with themselves and others and leave forever changed
