Since she resides in Los Angeles, she works with a wide variety of celebrity clients as well as servicing large private corporate clients like NBC, Hulu and Sony Playstation. Jamie is an exclusive teacher with packed classes and wait lists for her courses at the Den Meditation, named the most popular meditation center in Los Angeles. She is a graduate of Dr. Amy Johnson’s Coaching Program who is one of the most respected and successful in her field. She has also studied Michael Neill’s Programs for years. Michael, a Hay House Author, is one of the leading transformative coaches of his kind.

Jamie has been the retreat leader for admired Revamp Retreats, holding transformational retreats world wide as well as a guest on the trendy Elissa Goodman Show. She was honored to be interviewed for her expertise by the popular Musician and Actress Ashely Tisdale on her channel as an expert on meditation, energy healing and well being.

Jamie has been healing from anxiety and chronic illness over the last 8 years as she’s been studying a wide variety of healing modalities during that time so she was her own greatest canvas for practice. As to be expected, she has learned a great deal about deep physical, emotional, spiritual and energetic healing by connecting to her unique, divine sacred nature to completely transform her life from the inside out. This has created a powerful shift in her own existence as well as with others on the planet simply by reuniting with the deepest gifts, authenticity, and purpose of her Truest Self. Retreat Specialties

I lead retreats that I would like to take myself. I put my whole heart into their creation. Our chefs make food that is art work and colorful. I always find abundant sponsors for gifts the students they can use while on retreat. We pick beautiful venues that feel warm and welcoming. I create a safe space of energetic warmth and play for you to unplug and really find your own heart.

Teaching Specialties

A safe space to heal and expand. Someone who see's their innocence and reminds them they are normal. Someone who can see their unique gifts when they have yet to see them for themselves and invokes a deep remembrance of their truth. Someone who offers humor and joy on a serious path. Someone who holds a grounded space for the awakening of one's unique light with all the ups and downs the journey requires. A space of compassion, honesty, love and deep belief in all the gifts they have to share with the world as they begin to find liberation shining their light in the world.

What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

I loved leading a retreat at Bagus Jati retreat in Ubud, Bali. The views were stunning. The flowers and trees were rich in color and otherworldly. To be doing healing work in the middle of the jungle made you feel held and hugged by the earth. I also loved another retreat I taught in Ojai, Ca called Twin Creek Ranch. The energy of this place was my favorite. We all felt like little kids playing in the river, in this quaint, nature filled, high energy sanctuary of light. I left with my heart wide open.

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

I think thriving will look different for every human being. It's not about how the outside world looks to me. It's about inner alignment with your soul, your heart, your divinity, your unique light. Finding that portal first and then taking aligned action from that deeper place within you. It's not about outside world conditions. It's about unconditional connection and follows through in the world of form from a place of authenticity, love and joy within you expressed through your body into the world.

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?

There are too many to name, but the ones that come to mind in this moment are: Amy Johnson, Michael Niell, Rohini Ross, John El Mokadem, Lian Brooke Tyler, Jonathan Wilkinson, Kathryn Schiff, Kelsey Patel, Susan Hassen, Ekhart Tolle, Marianne Williamson to name a few. These souls have all guided me back to myself. They've helped me heal and expand. I learned about universal light and unique soul light through them.
