I have a passion for teaching classes, taking classes, and pushing/encouraging people to be their best selves. Not here to judge, I'm an open minded, authentic person with nothing to prove and a lot to give. I'm a friend, a cheerleader, a confidant, a mom, daughter, sister, and a well trained, experienced, compassionate instructor. I believe Yoga and Fitness are great pathways to finding out who you are: what makes brings you joy, what makes you hide, what makes you curious and what speaks to your soul. Ultimately movement teaches us how to shine and how to live an empowered life. I love to support people on their journey and can't wait to practice with you soon.

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

Living in alignment with your own story.

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?

Too many teachers whose names I don't remember! have taken classes all over the country and in every city, in every state, there has been a teacher that has taught me something. I look up to two women specifically - Kerry Corcoran and Susan Wilrich, teachers and studio owners for their knowledge, patience, expertise, integrity, generosity, sincerity, and sense of humor.
