I was born into the world of spirituality, aware of the magic that is woven through all of life since I was a little girl. I grew up reading & hearing about all of the most admired spiritual teachers and teachings. But it was toward the end of my teen years, when I mysteriously encountered health problems, that I fully propelled myself into the world of yoga. After nearly a decade of practicing and my own journey of self healing, I knew it was time to take my practice deeper and really study yoga so that I could teach others about this wonderful thing that had enhanced my life so deeply. It was through my training that I fully realized that our own individual suffering has the power to connect us as a whole and through this relatability, we have the power to heal. Our struggles truly can be our greatest gifts and teachers. I founded a retreat company in Tulum, MX, in 2013 and plan to reignite my retreat offerings, classes and more come 2021. In all our history, I don't think there's ever been a more deserving time, for yoga, mindfulness, and deep, genuine healing. Our time is now.

What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

I loved getting to teach yoga for our retreat guests at Alaya in Tulum, Mexico. It was always such a magical experience, to practice in the jungle by the sound of the waves.

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

To thrive is to balance and fulfill yourself in all areas: Mentally, emotionally, financially, in relationships, and in play

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?

I'm inspired by many other teachers, writers and leaders. One of my favorite teachers of all time is Seth, who wrote many books through Jane Roberts. I recommend everyone read them. They're like my bible. I also admire any teacher that sticks to the truth of what they're teaching, with integrity and heart.
