I have worked in the wellness industry for 11 years as a Yoga Teacher, Facial Exercise Coach, PT, Nutritionist + Certified Health Coach. From my career as a Commodities Broker, I understand stress very well and work with clients to manage their hormonal health (including cortisol!) to balance energy levels, improve skin health + complexion, posture, lift their sense of wellbeing, blast belly fat, and find easy ways of living healthfully without compromising on the demands of everyday life, whether you’re a working like a superhero or a stay at home supermum. The retreats offer guests a space to find their spark, their health, and rediscover the magic that may inspire them to follow whichever path they so choose. Often the guests that come hope to lose weight or feel fitter - they always get that, and usually something unexpected, something much much greater.

What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

The Cotswolds Cleanse Retreats in the UK have been transformational - seeing the changes people go through both physically and mentally, and to know that I have been able to be a part of those journeys, are incredibly special to me.

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

To "thrive", for me, is to live fully in your own skin. To live and interact with others without the thought of "not good enough" or "could be more x, y" or "less z". To live in the joy of loving who you are, in every moment, come rain and shine.

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?

My teacher, Dharma Mittra, practices patience + kindness that I cannot even begin to describe - he is one of a kind.
