Tiger Tiger healing retreats aim to enhance life on the earth plane by connection to spirit through kindness, community, nature, vegan food, music and song, yoga and drumming. I host retreats with my son who is the chef. Tiger Tiger retreats are a real family affair, with people of all ages from all over the world. Having guests age 16-80, from a diverse background, creates a wonderful harmony and a chance to experience intergenerational family life. Music, dancing, laughing, nature, and a Vegan diet are essential ingredients. Nothing is compulsory and the atmosphere is very relaxed, safe and friendly. I believe we are often challenged far too much in our every day lives, here is a place to slow down, let go and smile.

Teaching Specialties

I will help guide you, whoever you are, and wherever you are on your life path, to connect to nature, your body, your ancestors and your spirit guides by creating a safe, relaxed space in which to grow and share our interior worlds that we otherwise shut down to survive modern life. I teach yoga at all levels, complete beginners and teachers attend my retreats. You can also expect a lot of laughing, smiling and dancing from me, as well as an ability to bring kind solutions, to the most difficult challenges in life.

What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

I have hosted several retreats in the bay of Benirras, and in a large forest in Ibiza. The proximity of the sea and to be totally surrounded by trees is just blissful. I am now hosting retreats in the stunning Tramuntana region of Mallorca, and on the Suffolk coast in the UK, in a wildlife haven far from the madding crowd.

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

To find a personal way to connect to the spirit world and to your spirit guides, so that your earth life is manageable in the hard times, and joyous in the good times.
