Retreat Specialties

You will not just receive Yoga classes on these retreats, it is energy work, healing work, self discovery, releasing, clarity, support. This is great for someone who wants to make changes to their life. There is time to relax and a laid back atmosphere is provided but the practices are healing and theraputic in nature. I like to use many different tools and modalities and I work on an intuitive basis. I love to use tarot cards, Cacao, work through the Chakra system, bring a stronger mind body connection and I'm great at holding space for people to release deep things if needed. You will be supported here. It is a deeply bonding experience too and one where you can really find yourself. For future retreats there will be Unconscious Mind Therapy techniques provided by my partner, so a great balance of masculine and feminine energy too. If you are walking round holding everything in, this will be the place to let that go.

What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

The first retreat that I hosted by myself was very special to me. It was at a fellow teacher's private villa in Spain, near the border of Gibraltar.

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

To thrive to me means growing, shedding the old stories and patterns that used to limit you, working towards a better you.

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?

I have had many people inspire me in my life. Some Yoga related and some not. There names are not important to me. Nor is the discipline they were from or not. What is in someone's heart, their life experience and energy that they transmit is what matters to me. Anyone who has come back from the depths, where they thought they could never come back from, like myself, is admirable to me. Anyone who wants better for themselves and are ready to take an honest look at themselves and make courageous changes are the kind of people who inspire me and I want to work with.
