Sarah is a lululemon Ambassador, and the Head of Yoga for Digme, managing their 5 yoga studios in London and online.

With almost 800 hours of teacher training, Sarah specialises in Rocket, Mandala and Dynamic Vinyasa. She teaches a strong flow with great emphasis on breath. Sarah is passionate about helping students find their flow - the meditation within the movement. Her teaching focuses on strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in equal measure. Ultimately, her goal is to inspire students just like she has been inspired. Her classes are effective, detailed, and playful as Sarah endeavors to create a safe space to encourage and challenge you in unison.

After 8 years in the City as a stockbroker, Sarah left it to follow her heart and pursue a life of Yoga. When Sarah found yoga, her personal practice very quickly became a powerful tool to help balance the intensity of city life. As her practice deepened, physically, mentally and energetically, she realised she was not on her life journey. Yoga gave Sarah the confidence to make big life changes for which she is so grateful.
