My love for yoga began in 2011.
I was living and working as a dancer in Scotland, attending daily Mysore and guided ashtanga classes in Glasgow with Rosina Bonsu, who since then has been my constant source of wisdom and inspiration.
First attracted to yoga for its physical benefits, I soon became aware of its healing property, where body and mind find harmony through mindfulness in movement.
While working in Australia as a dancer, in 2016 I decided the time was right to complete my first 200h teacher training.
I graduated from Byron Yoga Centre in New South Wales, and once back in the UK I immediately began teaching colleagues as well as group and private classes all around London.
My vinyasa classes are dynamic and invigorating, with attention to alignment and sensitive adjustments.
In 2020 I traveled to Thailand to complete another 100h training with Annie Au in yin yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine, experiencing a more soulful approach to the already soothing and softening yin practice.
I am incredibly passionate about yoga, in all its manifestations, on and off the mat, and excited for the opportunities this practice continues to deliver, for the deeper connection to the self and to others, for the never-ending learning and development.
