My love for yoga began in 2011.

I was living and working as a dancer in Scotland, attending daily Mysore and guided ashtanga classes in Glasgow with Rosina Bonsu, who since then has been my constant source of wisdom and inspiration.
First attracted to yoga for its physical benefits, I soon became aware of its healing property, where body and mind find harmony through mindfulness in movement.

While working in Australia as a dancer, in 2016 I decided the time was right to complete my first 200h teacher training.

I graduated from Byron Yoga Centre in New South Wales, and once back in the UK I immediately began teaching colleagues as well as group and private classes all around London.

My vinyasa classes are dynamic and invigorating, with attention to alignment and sensitive adjustments.
In 2020 I traveled to Thailand to complete another 100h training with Annie Au in yin yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine, experiencing a more soulful approach to the already soothing and softening yin practice.

I am incredibly passionate about yoga, in all its manifestations, on and off the mat, and excited for the opportunities this practice continues to deliver, for the deeper connection to the self and to others, for the never-ending learning and development.

Retreat Specialties

Not only will my Lake Garda retreat provide you with a chance to practice in a stunning location, enjoy incredible local delicacies and culture, but it also has the added benefit of being set in a place of great personal significance to me. I was born and raised in the area and I have a great passion for this part of Veneto. I cannot wait to share this wonderful part of the world with you all and to make your vacation unforgettable both on and off the mat.

Teaching Specialties

Great attention to alignment, form and posture. Practicing safely in the respect of our bodies is a priority. I hope to facilitate a better understanding in my students of how their individual bodies move and breathe, without comparison, helping them discover the limitless possibilities they can achieve.

What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

Corte Patrizia, Lake Garda (Italy) - Nestled in 26 hectares of woodland and vineyards with a beautifully renovated 18th-century family-run boutique farmhouse, luxury accommodations, two pools, and a private Shala. The magical coast of Lake Garda provides all the breathtaking views, and of course...italian food! I loved this place, and I have decided to organise my own retreat there too!

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

A constant desire to better me, to learn more, to stay curious and true to my own values. It is a commitment to remain on the path, no matter how difficult it might seem at times. I don't necessarily see an endpoint or specific outcome, it does not define success or failure to me. I see thriving as an ongoing journey of growth, change and acceptance that leads us to a deeper awareness of the self.

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?

I had the good fortune to have met many incredible people along this path , from teachers and mentors, to friends and colleagues that constantly inspire me with their knowledge and creativity. I would like to mention my very first yoga teacher, Rosina Bonsu, who sadly passed away in 2020. Based in Glasgow, Rosina was more than just a teacher, she nurtured and celebrated the diversity in each of her students. With her individual, encouraging and supportive approach, she infused her classes with humanity and heart, and I will always try my best to continue her legacy in my teaching.
