I have been in the yoga and fitness profession for over 25 years.

My background is in Ayurvedic massage, yoga, surfing, swimming and dance. I specialise in gentle somatic yoga, meditation and SUP yoga.

I am a facilitator of yoga retreats and have been lucky enough to have worked in Italy, Spain and Australia.

I teach local weekly classes and 1 to 1’s in gentle somatic yoga.

I love to create new therapeutic sessions, Intergrating somatics, yoga , guided meditation and sound healing into my workshops and classes.

I enjoy my life/work balance and always keep the sessions fun, uplifting and nurturing.

I have a daft sense of humour that gets me through the tedious times in life.

I love the ocean and nature and enjoy an outdoor active lifestyle.
