My relationship with yoga began over 35 years ago, and it has been a constant thread of support in my life ever since. I have worked with women and new mothers for over two decades, using my own experiences as not only a teacher but also a mother (and now grandmother!), to give them the space to be nurtured and heard, the time to reflect and prepare, the chance to listen to their body, their self and their baby.

My yoga is Scaravelli inspired, focusing on the idea that less (effort) brings more (ease), and that our bodies are always learning and evolving. The space we enter in yoga is a place to become more in touch with ourselves and breathe.

Many of us are looking for movement that brings a sense of ease to the body, a form of moving meditation. A woman’s body often craves a more gentle and playfully nurturing approach, something more fluid and rounded.

I believe this same approach can also be applied to parenting our babies. Babies are a great source of education to us all, when we watch our babies with curiosity we can learn so much that will help us better respond to their needs. I will support you on your yoga and parenting  journey through an approach that is based on ‘keep it simple’ and ‘less is more’.

My retreats are a unique opportunity for you and your baby to rest, restore and rejuvenate in luxurious surroundings.
Through a combination of yoga, workshops, treatments, 1-2-1 sessions and delicious locally-sourced food, these bespoke retreats are your chance to take time out to nourish both your body and soul in a friendly, supportive and non-judgemental space. We will help you heal and re-energise, giving you the much-needed time and space to reconnect with yourself, restore your confidence and bond with your baby, away from all the distractions of daily life. This is your time.
