I am a yoga teacher and owner of award-winning yoga studio and business, "White Wolf Yoga" based in Liverpool, UK. In addition to yoga classes, courses and workshops we also have a growing online channel on YouTube, which allows yogis to practice with us at anytime and place that suits them... This has been especially useful during this last year of lockdowns! We also run annual eco-yoga retreats to our second home in Goa, and are hoping to expand to even more unique destinations in the coming years!

What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

Ashiyana in Goa, India is our second home and we host annual yoga retreats here. From the staff, to the food and tropical surroundings everything about Ashiyana is paradise on earth and we can't wait to get back there again soon!

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

To wake up each day with a smile, with gratitude and with purpose.

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?

My mum and my dad are my main inspiration and support for White Wolf Yoga! My mum got me into yoga in the first place, and her love of yoga led me to find my true passion in life. My dad has been a pillar of support through every step of the journey - especially helping me out on the business side of things! Without them and their ongoing belief and support in me, I would never have had the amazing opportunities to build White Wolf Yoga and I am eternally grateful.
