I remember leaving my first yoga class having noticed that for that one hour I wasn't being completely controlled by rushing and racing thoughts.
I left feeling calm, energised, excited and somewhat taller. I instantly fell in love with the practice and have continued to practice on an almost daily basis since.
I soon realised I was learning forgiveness, patience, self love and acceptance with myself both on and off the mat.
I am now motivated by the thought of helping, inspiring and serving other people in the same way and I believe I have experienced some of the transformative and healing powers of yoga.

I specialise in teaching dynamic and creative sequences with aim to encourage people to step on the mat and to then keep returning to the practice to gain a sense of awareness and strength in both the mind and body.

Yoga has taught me so much about who I am as a person, how to treat my body and also how to treat those around me. I want to be able to share those learnings with you all, so connect with me online, find me in a class, check out my latest events and retreats and hopefully one day we'll meet in person.

Lots of love,

Never lose hope. It doesn’t matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop.

Retreat Specialties

Teaching Specialties

Creative sequencing focusing of building strength and openness in the body and the mind. My classes are YOUR space to explore, play and have fun. I encourage my students to add in what they want to add in and take away what they want to take away.

What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

Sampoorna yoga in Goa. From the moment I walked in it felt like home. Every single member of staff from facility staff to the yoga teacher were warm and friendly. The food was some of the tastiest food I’ve ever had too!

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

Thriving to me, is not a destination but an ongoing evolution and growth. It’s about continuing to grow as a person whilst finding and developing daily practices that make you a happier and healthier person. It’s about feeling strong, empowered and resilient and being surrounded by a supportive community.
