Kimberly Parsons is an Australian-born vegetarian chef, food writer and qualified naturopath. Her series of cookbooks titled 'The Yoga Kitchen' and 'The Yoga Kitchen Plan' use traditional yogic philosophy and eating principles for long lasting, vibrant health and happiness. Once the owner of three healthy food yoga café's dotted all over London, called 'Retreat', Kimberly now spends her time cooking on health retreats all over the world and resides in the English countryside where she is a mother and enjoys cooking and writing. Believing wellness is not a prescription, but a skill, you can find Kimberly giving talks to corporate businesses and at other wellness related events all over London.

What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

Private villa in Ibiza with a yoga dome - I loved the peace and quiet of the Ibiza hills, the view from the yoga dome, the pool and amenities for relaxing, and the outdoor massage nooks for massage Private villa in Catalonia - For its pool, seclusion, views, and sunrises. I have only ever used private villas with bespoke/exceptional amenities as I find this offers the best retreat experiences for privacy and intimacy for guests

To thrive is to become intimately knowledgeable about what you and your body need and then give it to them in a joyful and inspiring way.
