Kaye has been practising all different types of yoga for nearly 2 decades but found kundalini yoga in 2015, she was able to achieve that ""yoga-high"" quicker and faster than any other type of yoga practised before.

After moving back to Manchester from London in 2018 she embarked on a road of personal development and became a Kundalini Yoga Teacher. She now shares her love of kundalini and guides you through a structured class for you to experience personal beliefs and understanding in a deeper, more meaningful way.

A kundalini yoga experience is a powerful and transformative practice that takes you on a spiritual journey and really helps you to tap into how you're feeling whilst getting out of your head and into your body.  Kaye helps you to be with your emotions in a way that will move you from where you are, to where you want to be.

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

For me to thrive is not to find a point in my life where I am comfortable enough - where everything is just ok. It’s the pure journey of growth and expansion that allows me to venture further.

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?

Hari Har Ji. Sat Nadar. So much wisdom and knowledge and beautiful souls
