I love to travel and I love to take my students on a journey, an inner and outer journey. That’s why personalised retreats are so special because they take the student away from their normal environment into a quieter more inward focus where magic can start to happen and change can begin from within.

In my retreat space, the Inner and outer world merge so students can feel that sense of unity which is what yoga is all about.

Work from the inside first and then life begins to feel magical, mystical and quiet and you don’t feel overwhelmed or stretched by anything you can’t deal with.

That’s how I like my students to feel after a yoga practice with me and a week of rest and going inside.

Retreat Specialties

I host them in beautiful locations. I combine culture, rest and healing, and an opportunity for my clients to get away from the stress of modern day living

What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

Sandele Eco Retreat The Gambia is my special place because time seems to stand still. The view across the ocean is magical and there is also another yoga space in the jungle where the monkeys sometimes come and say hi! Africa is in my heart and I have so much to learn when I am there.

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

To be in harmony with yourself

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?

My parents were my first teachers so I must pay homage to them first and foremost. Shiva Rea has changed my life, my practice and my focus on a non-dogmatic yoga practice. My children continue to teach me about the beauty, simplicity and joy of life
