I believe in the self-healing potential of every human being, on the transformative power we all hold within. I believe life is not casual, that it has a sense, that we must allow our truth to come up, whatever it is. I have chosen as my daily and long term goal to be increasingly present in my own life, as I believe it is the only means to authentic inner growth.

Yoga, meditation, breathwork are just some tools to anchor us to life and help us transform, heal, overcome trauma, negativity, lack of vitality, diseases and evolve into pure light.

I am certified by the Kundalini Research Institute and I teach Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, and Breathwork through weekly and monthly classes, thematic workshops and retreats.

Retreat Specialties

My retreats aim to provide participants with tools to dig into themselves and find the causal points for their imbalances and suffering. My retreats are not meant to escape reality and come back home to the same unbalanced mental schemes and life habits. They are meant to be fun and joyful but also introspettive and transformative. I encourage trust, authentic joy, courage, commitment, consistency, faith, daily practice of meditation or breathwork, moments of silence and moments of sociality.

Teaching Specialties

Dedication, honesty, commitment, presence, authenticity, faith.

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

To Thrive authentically and sustainably means to believe that life has a sense and that it is always there for us, not against us. To Thrive means to connect fully to life, a force that exists only in the present moment, and to live life as if everything is rigged in our favor.

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?

Michael Brown, the most authentic person I’ve come across in this life, with his illuminating teachings brilliantly compiled in his masterpiece book The Presence Process. Gurmukh Kaur Kalsa, my true and only yoga teacher, helping me with her humbleness, determination, sweetness, heart-felt insights and rigorous teachings.
