It`s only with the heart that we can see clearly.

Yoga is something very personal. Your intention that you bring to every practice and every day, can shape and influence your experience greatly.

My intention as a Teacher and Mentor is to support you to reconnect with yourself. Dropping into an inner space of peace and calmness from where we can observe ourselves and reconnect to our heart’s callings. It is my calling to inspire you to follow your true passions in life.

My yoga teachings are inspired from over 800h of training in yoga paired with at least the same amount of trainings in different disciplines in the field of self-development, energy work, dance, bodywork and meditation. My teaching style is calm yet energising, I focus on the awareness of breath in order for you to stay present, and to connect deeply with your own personal rhythm. Using pranayama, meditation and asana sequencing, while incorporating the importance of postural alignment to facilitate a holistic practice for your entire being.

As a Reiki Master and with my interest in Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda I also work with the energy body and the Chakra system. Supporting you on your journey to balance and realign your physical, emotional, mental and energy body in order to live in more harmony with yourself and all life around you. As especially in challenging times when things in the outer world are shaky and uncertain it is so important to reconnect with ourselves and invest in our personal development and inner stability.

Finding the balance between strength and mobility, challenge and listening, freedom and stability – a balanced life brings our whole being into a state of relaxation, a place from where our true power can rise.

Reconnect with your true nature & remember who you are.
This Kapha balancing video is part of my 3 months online self-development course. In this course, I guide you to listen to your heart and to understand yourself better - directing your life onto the path that feels more aligned for you.

Retreat Specialties

The holistic as well as non-dogmatic approach. In my retreats, I try to cater to the needs of the participants and not only teach yoga but also self-development workshops. We meditate, we talk, we write, we drink cacao and dance and much more.

Teaching Specialties

Care. I really care for my students as individuals, their physical as well as emotional and mental needs. I invite people to love and honor their body as it is right now, knowing that we are always evolving and changing. A big part of my teachings is also to inspire people to believe in themselves and to go after their dreams. I believe we came here to thrive and therefore I invite my students to listen to their inner guidance and to follow their heart.

What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

The Sanctuary - Koh Phangan Thailand- I love it because it is a very secluded bay that can only be reached by boat, no cars and only jungle and ocean, the perfect place to rest, Ocean View - Koh Phangan Thailand - I love Ocean view because of its beauty, the yoga shall has a wooden floor and is directly on the beach, students see the ocean whilst practicing, food is amazing and the rooms very beautiful, The Dragonfly Village - Bali- The Dragonfly is a very beautiful retreat place with wonderful little rooms, each is unique. The shale overlooks rice fields and the food is amazing.
